What we collect
AskPlenty collects account details, business profile details, billing references, review-page activity, private feedback submitted by customers, and technical data needed to operate QR and NFC review links.
How we use data
We use this data to provide review routing, analytics, billing, customer support, security, abuse prevention, and product communication.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. AskPlenty stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, and invoice references, but does not store full card numbers.
Customer feedback
Private feedback may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, ratings, and written comments when customers choose to provide them. Businesses are responsible for handling that feedback appropriately.
Review activity and analytics
We record scans, rating selections, Google handoff clicks, asset identifiers, timestamps, browser details, and referral data so businesses can understand how their QR codes, NFC tags, receipts, and signs are performing.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security, checkout, forms, and core service functionality. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are controlled by the cookie preferences panel. Marketing cookies include affiliate attribution through Rewardful. You can review details in our Cookie Policy.
Service providers
We use providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Google Maps Platform, and Resend to host, store, process, route, and email product data. We also use Rewardful for affiliate attribution when optional marketing cookies are allowed.
International transfers
AskPlenty is operated from the United States and may process information in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards.
Data access and deletion
Account owners can request export, correction, or deletion of account and business data by contacting support. Some billing, security, and audit records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
European and UK privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent for optional cookies through the cookie preferences panel.
California privacy rights
AskPlenty does not sell personal information for money. Some affiliate or marketing attribution may be considered sharing under California privacy law, so you can opt out by rejecting marketing cookies or by using a browser-level Global Privacy Control signal. You can also use the Privacy Choices page or contact support to make privacy requests.
Children
AskPlenty is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children's personal information through the service.
Security
We use access controls, signed sessions, encrypted provider connections, and row-level database protections to limit access to account, business, billing, and customer feedback data.
Changes
We may update this policy as our product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
