Terms of Service

Effective September 21, 2026

Service

AskPlenty provides hosted review links, QR and NFC destinations, routing logic, analytics, and private feedback tools for local businesses.

Acceptable use

You may not use AskPlenty to mislead customers, publish fake reviews, spam people, collect unlawful data, or interfere with third-party review platforms.

Privacy and consent

You are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any permissions required for your own customer communications, customer-facing materials, QR codes, NFC tags, and use of personal information collected through your review links.

Review platform compliance

You are responsible for following Google review policies and all laws that apply to your business, industry, location, and customer communications.

Review routing

AskPlenty provides configurable customer feedback flows and analytics. You are responsible for using the service in a truthful, fair, and compliant way and for making sure your customer-facing materials do not mislead customers or review platforms.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically through Stripe unless canceled before renewal. Trial subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You can manage cancellation, payment methods, invoices, and plan changes from the billing portal in your account. Canceling stops future renewal, but it does not automatically refund past charges.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, unless required by law or approved by AskPlenty support. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with your account email and invoice details.

Availability

We aim to keep AskPlenty available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Google, and email providers may affect availability.

No legal advice

AskPlenty provides software tools and operational guidance, but does not provide legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the service is appropriate for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskPlenty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use of AskPlenty after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updates.
